Difference Between the Blue Pink and Green Caps on Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
Pretty much all makeup artists do have a Bioderma micellar cleansing water in their stash, after a photo shoot you have so many layers of makeup on your face that it's nice at the end of the day to clean your face before you leave the studio, it's great stuff and super gentle to your skin.Garnier has now put two types of micellar cleaning water on the market, these are a lot cheaper and I' ve been told that they aren't inferior to the micellar cleansing water of Bioderma, I've tested both and I'm super enthusiastic. Micellar cleansing water is so gentle to your skin it's suitable for your whole face, including the skin around your eyes.
How does micellar water work?
Micellar cleansing water is a cleansing, as the name suggests, based on water. In the cleaning water are Micelles, these are cleaning particles that act as a magnet to remove all dirt and makeup on your skin, because the Micelles attach themselves to dirt and makeup on your skin, you don't need torub. Bring micellar cleansing water on a cotton pad and go over your face without r ubbing and don't rinse it off.
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.
The first micellar cleansing water which Garnier brought onto the market is this one with the pink cap, this cleansing water is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive skin. It removes makeup and dirt effectively and softens the skin at the same time.

The ingredients, no perfume, no alcohol and no parabens.
Early this year, the second variant micellar cleansing water of Garnier entered the market, this one is especially suitable for sensitive and combination skin. This micellar cleansing water cleanses the skin deeper a little deeper than the one with the pink cap and contains matting particles. Where the bottle with the pink cap softens the skin, has the one with the green cap just a calming effect.

The ingredients are exactly the same as the bottle with the pink cap, only this micellar cleansing water also contains alcohol.
The bottles have a simple click cap, they close well and make the bottleeasy to take along on trips.
Conclusion.
This micellar water cleanses my skin in a gentle but effective way and leaves no greasy feeling but just a lovely fresh feeling, ideal for your eye makeup and when you wear a lot of mascara, even waterproof makeup and mascara comes off easily. The micellar water with the pink cap is completely free of irritants, the micellar water with the green cap unfortunately does contain alcohol, but quite honestly, I notice little difference between the two and they work both mild but effective, if you're not a fan of alcohol in your cleansing routine I would go for the pink bottle. Use the micellar water in combination with another cleansing product that you need to rinse off with water, micellar water alone isn't enough. In the evening I use the micellar water after I cleaned my skin with my FAB Face Cleanser, this you may turn by first using the micellar water and then use your familiar facial cleanser. I personally like it to use my micellar water to remove the last traces of dirt and make-up , in the morning I use the micellar water to cleanse my skin and to freshen up before I put onmakeup. The bottles are big and contain both 400ml.
Both variants Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water can be purchased at Feelunique.com for $ 7.73 (400ml) Free Worldwide Delivery.
