Perfect base for exploring Palm Beach Gardens. Lobby had free drinks. We were in very clean premium suite.

It was truly a good stay. A kitchen available. Front desk staff there was friendly. There is Lutinas located in 10 minutes' walk, where you can eat. They offered us housekeeping service and late check-out too.

They offer the complementary breakfast and the best on the water restaurants are only 20 minutes away. Place was clean

Room was disgusting. Very dirty, dated, could hardly turn around in bathroom. Curtains were torn and frayed, phone did not work, light bulbs out, crumbs on counter in kitchen and bath upon checkin and flying insects in room. Vents in bathroom and bedroom were broken and extremely dirty. Housemaids leaving own personal items in room while cleaning. All of these were reported daily and were not addressed. The last day I went to management and part was taken care of. (Plastic glasses, no silverware, old coffee maker, etc., just extremely disappointing as we stay in Embassy Suites often and have never had anything even close to this.)

The tub seemed clogged up, the water wouldn't go down for a long time.. Flies were on the plates and fruit for breakfast so I got my eggs made fresh and had pancakes...

Beautiful suites, great breakfast and Manager Reception everyday.
The first night we pulled down bedding, it was very obvious that the bedding had not been changed from prior guest. The sheets were wrinkled, short dark hair, and fresh blood spots on flat sheet at head of bed. We called and we was brought a duvet and a comforter, no sheets at all, we were tired and slept on top of mattress cover and pillows from couch. If that wasn't bad enough, our air conditioner would not cool down, so the next night we was moved to another room. We never received a call from management to apologize, the maintenance guy was most helpful. Even after all of that, we would still return, we understand things like this occur, but better customer service would have gone a long way!!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Grocery store nearby. The gym was small but clean and adequate.
Location was convenient to a lot of things, but not conducive to walking around or running outside. My refrigerator leaked and I saw a bug scuttle underneath it. The tub was stained, didn't drain well, and was very slippery.

Just turn down the AC a little. It's ridiculous, we needed Hoodies just to go for breakfast. Also, breakfast was the same every single morning. Change it up a little!!

Great suit, comfortable, spacious, clean and super quiet. I loved it. Excellent to relax away from the messy Miami Dade. Great shopping mall miles away.
